Returns and refunds policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

How to start a return
Email support@myvitalcure.com with your order number, the items you want to return and a short description of the reason. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions.

Return shipping
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and will arrange a prepaid label or collection where available. For all other returns, the customer pays the return shipping. Keep proof of postage until your return has been received.

Do not send a parcel to the manufacturer or to any address other than the one we give you.

Health and hygiene
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
We will refund the product price within 14 calendar days of receiving your returned item, using your original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item is faulty or incorrect. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items
Please tell us about any damage, defect or error as soon as possible. Where possible, include photos of the product, packaging and batch number so we can investigate. We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country.
