Return Policy
Order Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
If you made a purchase on www.myvitalcure.com and wish to cancel or return your order, please contact our Customer Support team for instructions.
Cancellation Period
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may request a return within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the product is delivered.
Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, especially if their protective seal has been removed or the product has been opened after delivery. These include, but are not limited to:

Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used

Health-related products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be sent to the return address provided by our support team

The item must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, labels, and accessories

The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged

A valid proof of purchase must be included
Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product at our distribution center

The product must show no signs of use for a refund to be approved

For credit card payments, refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer

All cancellation or return requests must be approved by our Customer Support team before sending the product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Defective or Faulty Products
Products sold by MyVitalCure are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.
To request a defect evaluation, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team for authorization and return instructions

Send the product using its original packaging

Include the proof of purchase

Provide a written description explaining the defect and how the product was used
If a Manufacturing Defect Is Confirmed
You may choose one of the following options:

Receive a replacement product at no additional cost, or

Exchange for another product of equal value

If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference
If No Defect Is Found
If the product does not present a manufacturing defect, it will be returned to the customer along with a report explaining the reason for refusal. Common reasons include:

Improper or incorrect use

Accidental damage

Normal wear and tear

Improper cleaning or handling
Automatic Order Cancellation by MyVitalCure
Orders may be automatically canceled under the following circumstances:

Payment processing failure

Incomplete or inconsistent order information

Product unavailability or out-of-stock situations
If an order is canceled due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method. The customer will be notified accordingly.
